Property

The property that I'm looking for would be one that is conducive to my work, namely a site with tranquil beauty that is near an international airport for easy access. I'm looking for 100- to 200-acre site which is suitable for all the structures of the facility that will be built in an original architectural style.

Facilities

The structures that I would like to build are a main building with conference facilities; a hotel facility that will accommodate at least 500 people; a restaurant and café with international cuisine; and classroom and recreational facilities. The main building with reception and lobby will house a convention center that can seat a minimum of 500+ people in amphitheater style.

Use of Premises

The primary use of the premises will be to provide free healing sessions for children on a group basis. Seminars will be held on a regular basis with topics ranging from spirituality and motivation to healing and self-awareness. Weeklong and weekend healing workshops will cater to groups with specific interests. Classroom facilities will be available for small groups and for the instruction of spiritual analysis, psychic painting, drawing and computer graphics. Special emphasis will be placed on programs for children.

Besides the main use of the facilities, the hotel will accomodate groups who would fly in from international locations to take advantage of the advanced knowledge of the arts of spiritual analysis and alternative healing that will be taught on the premises. The facility will house a psychic art gallery, an art museum, children's theater, restaurants, cafés and smaller meeting rooms. Living quarters for the spiritual leader and key personnel will be on the premises.

Location

Any location that is suitable will be considered. Bare land or an existing hotel with sufficient land for expansion would be ideal.
