| If the world were a positive place, we'd all be living in global harmony. However, from the present state of the world, it's obvious that we're living on a very negative planet. How do we remain positive in such an environment? In 2008, we can all strive to be more positive by making positive decisions, and by promoting optimism and hope for the future. The negative spiritual world is attracted to the constant negativity that is generated in our world, and will strive to promote as much additional negativity as possible. Religious zealots using negative spiritual knowledge are forcing world powers into a corner. In one of the freest countries in the world, Americans have been subjected to fear tactics, greed and corruption by their present government. The now defunct Bush administration uses the threat of terrorism to promote war, to undermine individual rights and to dictate policy to other governments. Their underhanded actions demonstrate the hypocrisy of a religious nation that claims to desire peace and goodwill. Americans can choose to correct the negative actions of these liars and cheaters by electing more positive politicians in the 2008 presidential election. With such deceitful role models, what kind of message are we sending the world's children? Will they have to turn negative just like the adults in order to cope with the many negative conditions they face? Today's youth must deal with the threats of war, terrorism, natural disasters, global warming, water, food and fuel shortages, economic instability and more, as well as the stress of their own personal concerns. Only by reversing the negative impact of our actions on this planet can we offer hope for our children. We all have a responsibility to create a more positive existence now, so that we can move toward a brighter future. Have a very positive, Happy New Year! Leo Jean |
